Dispatch

UK - Tights will be dispatched within two working days of purchase by standard class post.
EU/USA - Tights will be dispatched within two working days of purchase by either Royal Mail International Economy (for purchases where five or fewer pairs of tights have been bought in a single transaction) or Royal Mail International Tracked (for purchases where six or more pairs of tights have been bought in a single transaction). Once dispatched, it should then take five to seven days for delivery. For further details about these delivery methods please see the Royal Mail website or email lottiemay@lmglow.co.uk with any questions.
Please note that at present items cannot be posted outside of the UK, EU and USA.

US customers should note

Any export or import taxes, duties or tariffs that arise due to the shipping of the tights from the UK to the USA will be payable by the customer/recipient.
In addition, any relevant taxes due in the USA as a result of this purchase or the act of importing the tights into the USA will be payable by the customer/recipient.

Refunds/Returns

If the tights do not fit, are uncomfortable or are, in any other way, of unsatisfactory quality, then you are entitled to a full refund upon return or exchange.
In addition, unopened tights will be refunded if returned within two calendar months of purchase.

Warnings

Tights may cause an allergic reaction and individuals with delicate skin, an underlying skin condition and/or who have previously suffered allergic reactions to nylon, spandex, items containing bamboo charcoal and/or tights should take particular care when deciding whether to buy LM Glow's tights and when washing and wearing them.
Sufferers of diabetes, poor blood circulation and/or any other underlying health condition that may be affected by the wearing of tights should likewise take care when deciding whether LM Glow's tights are suitable for them, and when washing and wearing them. If in doubt, please seek medical advice before trying LM Glow's tights.
The Spandex content in the tights ensures that they sit close to the body and provide some support. This does mean, however, that they may feel tight when first put on or after washing. Any discomfort should be temporary.
If you experience any pain, irritation or loss of sensation whilst wearing the tights, immediately take them off and, if appropriate, seek medical advice.
